Once the client is satisfied with the sample work and payment is received at our end, the client could give a GO AHEAD for the project discussion

​

We will start with requirements gathering and quotation/ rate discussion (Rates will be discussed separately and Email of the Quotation will be shared with the client)

 

The Quotation would depend on the latest rates in the market and will be negotiable based on whether the Project duration is Long-Term or Short-Term and the nature of the requirement

​

Once agreed upon mutually, the customer will be approached with the basic requirements template for the project and the basic checklist(which are subject to change during the course of the project)

​

After the requirements have been sent by the client, milestones will be sent from our end for each stage of the project and the Payment Terms and Conditions document will be emailed to the client

 

If the client requires an NDA to be signed by the Content Author, the same will be done after carefully perusing through the NDA and mutually agreeing to the T&C put forward

​

At each stage, if there are any questions or clarifications from either end, the same need to be cleared before the final draft of the content is sent to the customer

​

The basic services for which initial quotes are given will include Content Development, SEO keywords strategy, and implementation, Proofreading, Copyscape Uniqueness checks, Basic Research for Content and Fact-Finding, and Two content revision iterations.

Invoicing & Payments

​

A token advance will need to be paid by the client for kick-starting the project.

​

After every milestone completion and submission, a payment release request will be made to the client. Only after the complete settlement of the invoice amount raised will the next milestone work be started and submitted

 

An interim invoice will be raised for Advance Payment Requests and Milestone Payment Requests

​

The Final Invoice will be generated and sent to the client after the project completion

 

Payment Acknowledgement will be confirmed via Email

​

All Payments need to be made in the favor of the recipient through NEFT, details of which will be shared with the client via Email, no cheques, cash, money order, or DD will be accepted

 

All the Project Deliverables, Milestone Documents, Supporting Documents, Project Resources, Reference Material, and Links will be handed over to the client after the project completion has been signed-off duly by the customer and our company during the Project Hand-Over Phase
